DELICIOUS FLAVOUR ~ QUICK AND EASY TO COOK
These flavoursome stuffed pork tenderloins, made with our fabulous Suffolk pork, are stuffed with delicious Chestnut Mushrooms and then wrapped in our thinly sliced Suffolk Smoked Streaky Bacon.
Each one will serve 2-3 people.
They're so easy to cook in the oven (180 degrees) - cover with foil for the first 30 minutes, and then remove for the last 15-20 minutes to crisp up the bacon but not burn it. Let it rest for 10 minutes or so then carve into slices.
Mushroom Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Cook at 180 degrees celcius for 45 - 50 minutes.
